Enchilada Sauce
Friday, March 13th, 2009So, as I was writing the last post, I was thinking more about food. I made enchiladas a few nights ago. I haven’t made them for a really long time. I was getting ready to put them together and realized that I did not have any enchilada sauce. So I looked up some recipes online (how did we ever live before the internet and Google?) and made some sauce up pretty quickly and . . . viola! . . . I had my enchiladas cooking in the oven. They turned out very good, very tasty. Who knew that you (I) could make enchilada sauce at home, and in just a few minutes too?
